Custom Cut Oversill and Window Sill Flashing (with full end caps-pair) width from 30mm to 200mm - length up to 2.5m

Our custom-cut Aluminium oversill and window sill flashings are durable, low maintenance quality beads for external wall insulation, suitable for most weather conditions and custom made to fit any project requirement. In order of protecting the section during transportation and fixing, extensions are made of white aluminium and white coated with peel-off low tack film. 

We provide the cutting service, and all we require are the specific details on relevant dimensions (A, C and E), the drop in mm and reveal to reveal length.

Please note that there are two basic ways of installation. The first option includes fixing the sills onto the reveal while the second one installing sills on the face of the wall. If you are planning on insulating the reveals with 10-20 mm of insulation, in order of avoiding thermal bridges, you should rather opt for the Option 1 and install the sills as shown in the graphic below.

On the other hand, if you are not planning on adding insulation onto the reveal, you should choose Option 2 where the sills are installed directly onto the face of wall and concealed with insulation boards. Mentioned dimensions (A, C and E) are measured on site in order of making sure that the A dimension is sufficient to project beyond the newly insulated surface finish, as necessary and the length is measured reveal to reveal increased for 100mm.
In order of meeting different requirements and applications, the sections are available in pre-cut lengths, welded and push-fit end caps, while in applications where continuous flashings are necessary, jointing pieces that are suitable for any section can be supplied. Also, if required, projecting nose retention clips can be supplied.
