Celotex is the UK’s leading manufacturer of premium performance PIR insulation and remains the insulation specialist of choice. Celotex is able to produce boards as low as 12mm up to 95mm thick in a high speed continuous process. A second manufacturing line produces thicker panels and targets maximum efficiency for boards of 100-200mm thick. Both production lines produce a range of thicknesses in the standard panel sizes of 450x1200mm and 2400x1200mm. Flat Roofing products are available in thicknesses from 50-150mm in either 600x1200mm for bonded single-ply and built-up flat roofing applications and 2400x1200mm for mechanically fixed single ply systems.

• Celotex TB4000 is a high performance PIR insulation ideal for overcoming thermal bridging and for use in two layer build ups, including between and under rafters and over stud in timber frame wall lining applications. It is available as thin as 12mm. It includes low emissivity foil facings offering enhanced thermal performance within cavity air spaces. It is suitable for use in a number of applications including roof, wall and floor systems.
• Celotex GA4000 is a multi-purpose PIR insulation board that achieves an A+ rating when compared to the BRE Green Guide. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including roof, wall and floor insulation. It offers high performance insulation with low emissivity foil facings offering enhanced thermal performance within cavity air space.

• Celotex CG5000 is manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) and faced with low emissivity textured aluminium foil facings. It is especially designed for partial fill cavity wall insulation, offering great thermal performance due to substantial R and U values. It has a super low lambda value of 0.021 W/mK delivering better U-values and thinner solutions and is certified under BBA certificate number 16/5343.
• Celotex CW4000 is a simple solution for partial fill cavity walls that offers high performance PIR insulation with low emissivity foil facings offering enhanced thermal performance within cavity air spaces. Its enhanced features deliver thinner solutions that meet target U-values as required by Building Regulations including Part L and BREEAM. It is certified under BBA certificate number 16/5343.
• Celotex CF5000 is a premium performance PIR insulation board that is suitable for use in full fill cavity wall applications. It makes use of the whole cavity width and optimises thermal performance through the wall achieving a lower U-value without having to widen the cavity and comes in dimensions to fit with standard cavity wall tie spacing. CF5000 has been mechanically engineered with a rebated edge to eliminate the passage of moisture. It is certified under BBA certificate number 16/5343.

• Celotex PL4000 comprises PIR insulation bonded to tapered edge plasterboard and is available in a broad range of insulation thicknesses as thin as 15mm. It is BBA certified. It allows for the installation of both the insulation and plasterboard in one operation, thereby reducing installation time and labour costs. It can be used to upgrade to current building regulation standards in pitched roof, flat roof and wall applications.
• Celotex GD5000 is a premium performance PIR insulation board bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard and is available in a broad range of insulation thicknesses as thin as 25mm. It also allows for the installation of both the insulation and plasterboard in one operation, thereby reducing installation time. It has an advantage over traditional PIR insulation boards due to the decreased thickness - even 15% thinner than the common PIR boards. Suitable for both dot and dab bonding and mechanically fixed installation techniques.

• Celotex FI5000 is a premium flooring insulation board with enhanced thermal performance as well as an A rating when compared to the BRE Green Guide and an innovative cement compatible composite facer with a built-in vapour control layer, enabling direct screed, without the need for an additional separating layer. FI5000 has an enhanced compressive strength value of ?175 kPa making it the ideal solution for a range of flooring applications. Featuring a super low lambda of 0.021W/mK, FI5000 achieves compliance to UK Building Regulations with better U-values and thinner solutions.
