Returned goods and cancellations

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This allows for returns up to 30 days after delivery of new products. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Please note that made to measure or special order products cannot be returned unless faulty.  

If your items are delivered to you and they are damaged or faulty for any reason, we will replace the damaged items free of charge.  

Returns can be made in store, by mail, or at a drop-off location - call us at 02033972133 for details before the return.. Return postage and shipping labels are the customer's responsibility.

Most products returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (calculated on the product price).

For some products, collection and restocking charges might be quite high (25 to 50%) due to the nature of insulation products, its high volume and size. Delivery cost is often included in the price of the product. Please make sure you order the right products and only as many as you need. If you are not sure, please check with us before placing the order.  

We will issue a refund within 2 days of receiving your returned goods. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.  

Please note some of the items we sell are sent direct from manufacturers which means they may not be returnable since manufacturers may have different terms and conditions regarding Returns. They may not accept returned Goods. Therefore Customer is advised to check description of a product to see if its returnable or non-returnable.
