12mm Kemwell WeatherKem Fibre Cement Board is an A-1 fire rated non-combustible weather-proof board for interior and exterior applications. These boards are manufactured using a mixture of cement, pozzolana, superior grade cellulose fibre and siliceous base binders. The fibres enhances the bending strength of boards. The board is cured using autoclaving, under high steam pressure and temperature, and has an aesthetically pleasing finish. These boards are wood and asbestos-free, contributing to an environmentally-friendly and cost-effective product.

CHARACTERISTICS
  • Smooth surface,
  • Non combustible,
  • Moisture resistant,
  • Does not encourage mould growth,
  • Resistant to attack by insect or vermin,
  • Chemically inert and is resistant to dilute acids and alkalis,
  • Performance characteristics are not degraded by age or moisture,
  • A minimum expected service life of 30 years.
