62.5mm Celotex PL4050 is a high-performance thermal insulation board with 50mm PIR insulation bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard. It is made from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) using blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).

Note: Also known as PL3050 from January 2018.

Application

Celotex PL4050 is purpose-designed to provide thermal insulation and plasterboard as one product. It can be specified for various applications, including:

  • The underlayer of insulation between and under rafter and joist applications
  • Solid masonry walls
  • Timber frame lining applications
