DriLyner Dab Direct Linings System

DriLyner Dab System is British Gypsum’s direct‑bonded wall lining solution, designed for fixing Gyproc Plasterboards or Gyproc ThermaLine insulated boards directly to masonry or plastered backgrounds using Gyproc DriWall Adhesive. It provides a fast, economical method of improving the thermal, acoustic, and surface finish performance of internal walls, while keeping overall wall build‑up to a minimum. Suitable for both new‑build and refurbishment projects, the system accommodates minor irregularities in the substrate and creates a smooth, ready‑to‑finish surface with significantly reduced installation time compared with metal framing systems.

A typical DriLyner Dab installation includes:

• Gyproc DriWall Adhesive applied in dabs to the background.
• Gyproc Plasterboard or Gyproc ThermaLine laminate fixed directly to the adhesive.
• Gyproc Sealant for perimeter sealing and improved airtightness.
• Optional Gyproc SoundCoat Plus parge coat where enhanced acoustic performance is required.
