GypWall Secure System

GypWall Secure is a high‑security internal partition system designed to resist deliberate attack, provide robust impact performance, and deliver strong fire and acoustic protection. It offers a lightweight alternative to masonry security walls while meeting demanding performance standards for commercial, industrial, and sensitive environments. GypWall Secure is engineered for areas where walls must withstand determined physical attack, protect valuable assets, or maintain the integrity of secure spaces. It is built around a reinforced metal stud structure combined with multiple layers of high‑performance boards and a steel security sheet. The system satisfies BS 5234‑2 Severe Duty for strength and robustness and can achieve up to 90 minutes fire resistance, depending on the exact build‑up.

A typical GypWall Secure build‑up includes:

• Gypframe Security Sheet — a steel sheet engineered to resist attack and reinforce the partition. 
• Gyproc DuraLine — high‑impact plasterboard providing additional strength and durability. 
• Gyproc BaseLine or other Gyproc boards — forming the internal lining layers.
• Gypframe metal studs and channels — forming the structural frame.
• Optional acoustic insulation within the cavity for enhanced sound performance.

This layered structure increases resistance to penetration and maintains integrity even under sustained force.
