27mm Hush Wall Board - Acoustic Plasterboard - 1800mm x 900mm

27mm Hush Wall Board is a high quality acoustic plasterboard designed to significantly improve sound insulation in wall constructions. Manufactured with two dense boards separated by viscoelastic dampening strips, it effectively reduces airborne noise transmission by decoupling the sound path through the wall. The dampening strips decouple one side of the board from the other, reducing direct transmission paths and therefore improves in reducing airborne noise transmission through the wall. It is typically used in combination with resilient bar systems, acoustic insulation, and other Hush components for optimal performance. Hush Wall Board is suitable for new builds, conversions, and refurbishment projects across domestic, commercial, and public buildings.
