Cellecta XCHiP Hexatherm is a high performance thermal insulation board combined with a P5 moisture resistant, tongue and groove chipboard to produce a high compressive strength, interlocking floor board.
Application as an element of ground bearing element
On intermediate floors
Cellecta XFLOOR and XPERi Hexatherm extruded polystyrene thermal insulation boards have a closed cell structure that provides unrivalled resistance to water absorption and high compressive strength, making them ideal for a multitude of floor requirements, including basement insulating applications, above ground bearing concrete floor slabs, and on suspended beam and block floors. XPERi boards feature an interlocking edge detail and are suitable for fixing externally against basement walls.
YELOfon HD10+ is an acoustic non cross-linked, HCFC free polyethylene resilient layer for underneath a floating screed. This system consists of, YELOfon HD10+ roll, YELOfon E-Strip, a perimeter roll and YELOfon J-Strip Acoustic adhesive joining strip.
Applied in swimming pools
Cellecta XPOOL Hexatherm is designed specifically for swimming pool applications. The boards have a ultra high resistance to compression - 500kPa and are able to withstand long term high static loads, extremely low water absorption and outstanding thermal performance, providing long term energy savings.
Under car park soffits
Cellecta XCPL Hexatherm is a high performance extruded polystyrene combined with a Class O facing board to produce a composite thermal board to suit car park and soffit lining applications. Available in white and grey.
