1.5mm grain Ceresit CT174 Silicate-Silicone Render is a high-performance, exterior thin-layer decorative render. It is particularly recommended for use as a facade render within Ceresit ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), where it can be applied over EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) boards or mineral wool boards. The Ceresit CT174 render provides a durable, weather-resistant finish for walls. It has a smooth, matt appearance and is available in a wide range of colours, making it suitable for a variety of aesthetic requirements. Ceresit CT174 offers good water vapour permeability, allowing the wall to breathe, and has excellent resistance to cracking and fading. It also has aqua static properties, which help to repel water and prevent the ingress of moisture. Additionally, the Ceresit CT174 render is formulated to protect against biological corrosion, such as the growth of fungi, mould, and algae, ensuring a long-lasting, clean finish. The render is easy to apply using a trowel or spray equipment and dries to a tough, protective finish.
