Knauf is a family firm started in 1932 in spite of its size. Knauf has expanded and diversified to become a corporation with worldwide activities, delivering products and services. Knauf produces building materials and systems based on gypsum and gypsum-related products, thermal insulating and sound insulation materials, limestone and lime products and chalk and cement related products. Knauf assess in advance where possible, the environmental effects of any new development and adjust the company’s plans accordingly. Knauf's quality system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and quality objectives are established and reviewed annually by the Management Team.
