0.25mm (250 mu) Damp Proof Membranes (DPM) is a low‑density polyethylene (LDPE) moisture‑protection sheet designed for use in ground‑supported and suspended concrete slabs that are not subject to hydrostatic pressure. Manufactured from high‑quality recycled polyethylene, they provide a durable, flexible and BBA‑certified barrier against ground moisture and water vapour. Toughsheet membranes are produced as blown‑film LDPE sheets, available in multiple thicknesses and colours (blue, black and clear). They are designed to meet EN 13967 requirements and are certified under BBA Agrément Certificate 99/3603, confirming compliance with UK building regulations and long‑term durability standards.

These membranes are suitable for solid concrete ground floors, providing a continuous damp‑proof layer that prevents moisture ingress and protects internal finishes, insulation and structural elements.
