1.5kg Promafour-HT Joint Filler is a creamy putty filler based on a mix of clay and an inorganic binder that can resist temperatures up to 1000C Celsius. It is especially developed for filling and levelling out Promafour fire resistant boards for fireplaces. It can be easily caulked or trowelled, depending on the application. It is used to fill holes of countersunk screw heads, nails and staples and joints between Promafour construction boards. has the same adhesion capacities as a joint filler and can easily be sanded and polished like other traditional finishing products. It is less suitable for plastering large surfaces and filling bigger holes and larger joints.

APPLICATION

  • Fireplaces,

  • Filling and levelling out of constructions made of refractory boards and similar materials.

USAGE

  • The surface has to be clean, dry and free from dust,
  • Can be easily applied using a spatula or trowel.

Note: Thinner layers up to 1 mm will dry within 2 - 3 hours, Thicker layers from 2 - 3 mm will need 6 - 8 hours to be dry
