APPLICATION

• Provides the ideal solution for the interior insulation of external walls

INSTALLATION

• Ensure the installation area is dry, dust-free, and free from loose paint or wallpaper.
• Apply Hydrosol base primer to ultra-absorbent, chalky, or sandy surfaces.
• Use System Adhesive SR 6 to fill cracks, chipped surfaces, or significant irregularities.
• Cut the panels to the required size using a saw.
• Use a hole cutter for socket openings before fitting the panels, incorporating back-boxes if necessary.
• Apply around window joints and other movable elements (e.g., floating screed, windows).
• Spread System Adhesive SR 6 evenly over the entire panel surface using a toothed trowel or comb (minimum toothing of 10mm).
• Fix the panels to the prepared surface with moderate pressure, ensuring full contact with the adhesive.
• Ensure panels do not meet at cross joints and leave no unfilled gaps. Remove any excess adhesive from the edges.
• Fill joints level with System Adhesive SR 6. Use crack repair tape or apply full-surface reinforcement if using wallcoverings that do not conceal cracks (e.g., paper wallpapers).
• Once dry, apply Hydrosol base primer to prepare for further decoration.
• The panels can be painted or wallpapered with breathable materials for a seamless finish.
