Unlike standard partial-fill boards that require a residual 50mm air gap, this product is engineered to occupy the entire cavity, allowing for significantly higher thermal performance without increasing the overall thickness of the wall. By using a high-performance PIR core with low-emissivity foil faces, it provides a superior thermal barrier in a much slimmer profile than traditional mineral wool.
