12mm Promat PROMATECT-H Calcium Silicate Board - Specialist Fire Protection Board - 2500mm x 1250mm

12mm PROMATECT-H is a non-combustible specialised calcium silicate fire protection board, used for protection of existing and newly constructed concrete structures, beams, columns, walls and slabs. The 12mm thick PROMATECT-H board can give the equivalent fire protection of up to 59mm thick concrete to concrete beams and columns and 64mm to concrete slabs and walls. PROMATECT-H board can be installed in semi exposed environments such as within an external cavity, car park or plant rooms. High compressive strength of the board allows galvanised steel partition sections to be installed directly up to the face of the board and through-fixed to the concrete substrates. PROMATECT-H board was fully fire tested solution which has been independently assessed for upgrading concrete structures to provide up to 240 minutes fire resistance.

• Does not contain gypsum, inorganic fibres or formaldehyde,
• Will not rot, deteriorate or decay,
• Can be easily worked and decorated using conventional tools and finishes,
• Does not encourage mould growth,
• Resistant to attack by insect or vermin,
• Chemically inert and is resistant to dilute acids and alkali.
• Will deteriorate when used in damp or humid conditions.
