12mm Masterboard Promat - Calcium Silicate Building Board - 2440mm × 1220mm
12mm Promat MASTERBOARD is non‑combustible, moisture‑resistant calcium silicate board designed for demanding internal and semi‑exposed applications where durability, fire safety and dimensional stability are essential. It provides a robust substrate for dry lining, partitioning and specialist linings, performing reliably in areas subject to intermittent moisture, impact or thermal stress. Masterboard is manufactured from autoclaved calcium silicate, giving it a dense, stable and non‑combustible core. It is suitable for both new‑build and refurbishment projects, offering excellent resistance to fire, moisture and impact. The board can be cut, drilled and fixed using standard tools, making it straightforward to install across a wide range of building elements. The board is off-white in colour and has a smooth unsanded front face with a sanded reverse face. It can be left undecorated or can be easily decorated with paints, wallpapers or tiles.
