25mm Supalux Promat Fire Protection Board - 1220mm x 2440mm

Promat SUPALUX is a calcium silicate board reinforced with selected fibres and fillers. It is formulated without inorganic fibres, does not contain formaldehyde and can provide up to 240 minutes fire resistance. The board is non-combustible simple to work and fix, easy to decorate, resistant to the effects of moisture and will not rot or decay. Promat SUPALUX is off-white in colour and has a smooth surface on one face with a lightly textured sanded reverse face.

For use in many fire resisting and general purpose building applications. 15mm Promat Supalux is a high performance board which can be used in constructions providing up to 120 minutes fire protection, when used with rock wool insulation. 

• Excellent dimensional stability even in damp and humid conditions and can be installed at an early stage in the construction programme, before wet trades are completed and the building is weather-tight.
• Good impact resistance making it suitable for most industrial applications.
• Resistant to mould growth, most chemicals and attack by rodents and insects.
• Easy to cut, drill, shape and can be worked in the same way as timber products with no special tools required.
• Water used in manufacturing is re-circulated in a closed system and in-process waste material can be recycled.
• Promat SUPALUX is not classified as a dangerous substance and can be placed in an on-site skip with other general building waste.
