Cellecta Deckfon 17T is an acoustic overlay board designed for conversion and refurbishment projects, where the joists are covered with a timber decking and the ceiling is to be replaced, in order of improving acoustic performance. The same effect can be reached in concrete floors, where the impact sound transmission can be reduced. The product has 8 mm resilient open-cell layer, made from recyclable flexible polyurethane. Once positioned, the product should be quickly covered with the floor finish in order of preventing mechanical damage to the edge detail.
