Its durability and water‑tightness make it well suited to off‑site manufacturing environments where consistent, predictable performance is essential. Black+ FC125 is a 125 gsm, high‑performance breather membrane engineered for horizontal applications within floor cassette assemblies. It offers W1‑level water resistance, ensuring the cassette remains protected from rain exposure before the final floor finishes are installed. The membrane is also vapour‑permeable, helping to manage moisture within the cassette build‑up.
