Powerlon UltraBlock SA is a high‑performance, self‑bonding membrane designed to deliver exceptional airtightness, vapour resistance and thermal stability within modern building envelopes. It provides a robust internal barrier that helps prevent heat loss, moisture migration and condensation risk in walls, roofs and modular construction systems. Powerlon UltraBlock SA is a self‑adhesive thermo‑activated VCL engineered for fast, reliable installation without the need for mechanical fixings. The membrane incorporates a high‑resistance vapour barrier layer combined with a pressure‑sensitive adhesive backing, allowing it to bond directly to substrates such as timber, metal or insulation boards.

Once applied, the membrane forms a continuous, airtight and vapour‑tight layer, significantly improving the energy efficiency and moisture control of the building.
