Powerlon UV Façade Sealant is a single‑component, moisture‑curing elastic sealant formulated specifically for façade applications where joints are partially exposed to sunlight. Its enhanced UV stability prevents cracking, chalking or premature degradation, ensuring long‑lasting performance behind open‑joint cladding systems such as fibre‑cement, HPL, aluminium and composite panels.

The sealant adheres strongly to common façade substrates including membranes, metals, timber, fibre‑cement, concrete and plastics, forming a flexible, airtight and watertight seal.
