SIGA Majvest 700 SOB is a windproof, rainproof and highly breathable facade membrane with integrated self‑adhesive strips (SOB) for fast, secure and wind‑tight installation behind ventilated facades. It provides long‑term weather protection, high vapour permeability, and excellent UV stability, making it ideal for modern timber and metal facade systems. SIGA Majvest 700 SOB is a diffusion‑open facade membrane engineered for installation behind ventilated cladding. With an sd‑value of approx. 0.15m, it allows moisture to escape safely from the wall build‑up while providing reliable protection against wind, driving rain and snow.

The membrane is extremely robust, UV‑stable, and tear‑resistant, ensuring long‑term performance even in demanding exterior conditions. Majvest 700 SOB is suitable for open‑joint facades up to 20mm, making it versatile for both traditional and contemporary architectural designs. Its wind‑tight construction helps maintain the thermal efficiency of the insulation layer, while its water‑tight functional film protects the structure during construction and throughout the building’s life. SIGA Majvest 700 SOB is a durable, breathable and weather‑resistant facade membrane designed for ventilated cladding systems requiring long‑term wind‑tightness, rain protection and safe moisture management. Its robust construction and UV stability make it ideal for modern architectural facades.
