SIGA Meltell Cartridge 330 Grey is a high‑performance hybrid polymer sealant designed for airtight, wind‑tight and weather‑resistant joint seams around windows, doors and facades, and for sealing leaks and penetrations in both interior and exterior applications. It is easy to shape, fast‑drying, highly durable, and compatible with all SIGA products. SIGA Meltell Cartridge is a single‑component hybrid sealant engineered for professional joint connections. It is ideal for creating functional, visually clean joints in window installation, façade construction, timber construction, and general airtightness detailing.

The hybrid polymer formulation provides excellent extrudability, smoothability, and shape retention, making it easy to apply and finish. Meltell cures particularly well under humid conditions, resulting in high weather resistance and long‑term performance. It adheres strongly to a wide range of substrates including concrete, wood, aluminium, polyester, and other common building materials. The sealant is paintable, silicone‑free, and can be applied at temperatures as low as –10 °C, supporting reliable installation even in cold weather.
