150mm Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is a high-performance flat roof insulation board featuring a rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core. This core is faced on both sides with a coated glass tissue, providing enhanced durability and moisture resistance. Its versatile design allows for installation over a variety of substrates, including metal decks, concrete decks, plywood decks, and existing flat roofs, making it an adaptable choice for numerous roofing projects. The board is fully compatible with single-ply non-bituminous membranes that are fully bonded using solvent-based adhesive systems, as well as most bitumen-based and mastic asphalt waterproofing systems. Additionally, it is suitable for use with most green roof systems, further enhancing its versatility. With its high-performance insulation properties and compatibility with various roofing applications, Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is an excellent solution for achieving effective thermal efficiency and moisture protection in flat roofing systems.

APPLICATION

For flat roof insulation, over metal, concrete, plywood decks and over existing flat roofs and composite panel roofs
