20mm Kingspan OPTIM‑R Vacuum Insulation Panel - OPTIM‑R Flooring System is an ultra‑thin, ultra‑high‑performance vacuum insulation flooring system designed for projects where achieving very low U‑values is essential but construction depth is severely limited. The OPTIM‑R Flooring System uses rigid vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) containing a microporous core sealed within a gas‑tight envelope, delivering insulation performance up to five times better than conventional materials. VIPs are combined with phenolic infill boards to fill irregular areas, penetrations, and zones where VIPs cannot be placed.

This hybrid approach ensures the entire floor area is insulated effectively while maintaining the thinnest possible build‑up, making it ideal for both new‑build and refurbishment projects where excavation depth or floor height is restricted.
