87.5mm Unilin Safe-R 019/TB-MF Phenolic Composite Insulated Panel is a composite insulated panel designed to provide high thermal performance and drylining in a single operation. It combines a rigid phenolic insulation core with a composite foil facing, factory‑bonded to 12.5 mm tapered‑edge plasterboard, creating a slim, efficient solution for internal walls, sloped roofs and ceilings. SR019/TB‑MF is engineered specifically for mechanically fixed drylining systems, offering excellent insulation values thanks to its low‑lambda phenolic core. The foil facings enhance thermal efficiency, while the integrated plasterboard speeds up installation by eliminating the need for separate layers.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Mechanically fixed installation: Suitable for battens or proprietary fixing systems in line with Unilin guidance.
