DuPont Tyvek Metallised Tape is a single-sided tape made from metalised Tyvek and acrylic adhesive, designed for making seals around window, doors, pipework and other penetrations in DuPont Tyvek systems. Its main purpose is to improve airtightness of wall systems by creating a sealed and seamless breather membrane envelope. It is very easy to use, as being high tack and portable, but offers durable and conformable protection. It should be stored in dry and clean conditions, without direct exposure to UV light and best installed at optimum temperatures of > 0C, on a dry and grease, solvent and dust free surface.
APPLICATION
DuPont Tyvek Metallised Tape is used for sealing laps in Tyvek Enercor Roof, Tyvek Reflex/ Tyvek Enercor Wall and DuPont AirGuard.
