Erfurt MAV Wallrock Multipurpose Primer & Sealer is a high-performance, multipurpose water-based primer sealer is specifically formulated for interior applications. This technologically advanced, solvent-free formula has been designed to enhance adhesion on porous and dusty surfaces while also being quick-drying. This product serves as a versatile preparation tool and should be regarded as the initial layer for various tasks. It features very fine particles that are engineered to penetrate deeply into the nooks and crannies. Wallrock Multipurpose Sealer & Primer is highly effective for interior use and dry surface conditions. For exterior or wet conditions, a speciality bonding agent is recommended. The primer part is to improve adhesion onto porous surfaces, e.g. bare plaster, timber, drywall, absorbent wall-linings etc. The sealer part promotes the adhesion of wallcoverings and emulsion paints, reduces seam splits, raised edges and bubbling of wallcoverings. Wallrock Multipurpose Sealer & Primer is an excellent product to seal types of surfaces such as newly plastered or concrete walls.

INSTALLATION

• Surfaces should be sound, dry, clean and free from dust or loose material.
• Can be applied by brush or roller.
• If used diluted, a brush is preferred:
  • Take care to avoid splashes and drips.
  • Ensure surfaces and surrounding areas are covered to prevent damage.
• For use as a sealer, primer, or dust-proofer, we recommend a dilution of:
  • One part Sealer Primer to three parts water.
  • Ensure an even mixture is obtained before application.
