Novia UV Facade FR Roof and Wall Breather Membrane is a high-performance, fire-rated, UV-resistant, lightweight and versatile breather membrane, suitable for both pitched cold and warm roofs, as well as insulated wall applications. Conforming to EN 13859-1 for pitched roofing and EN 13859-2 for walls, it holds a Class B-s1,d0 fire rating. With a Class W1 water resistance and high breathability, it has been rigorously tested for 5000 hours of UV exposure. This membrane, which is completely black on both sides and devoid of text or images, is ideal for open rainscreen facade applications with joint widths up to 30mm, where no more than 40% of the membrane is visible.

INSTALLATION
To walls
- Fix the membrane to the wall structure.
- Ensure upper layers overlap lower layers.
- Work from the bottom upwards.
- Ensure a minimum overlap of 100 mm on horizontal joint.
To roofs
- Fix the membrane to the roof structure.
- Ensure upper layers overlap lower layers.
- Work from the bottom upwards.
- Ensure a minimum overlap of 200 mm on each side of the ridge.
- All vertical overlaps must be situated on a rafter and sealed.
- CE marked to EN 13859-1 (roofs) and EN 13859-2 (walls)
