12.5mm Knauf Aquapanel Exterior Cement Board provides a solid, dry base that can withstand the extreme weathering effects of wind, rain, and snow. It makes an ideal substrate for directly applied render finishes and can be used for exterior walls in ventilated systems, exterior ceilings, and soffits. Once taped and jointed, the Knauf Aquapanel Exterior board can be left unfinished for up to six months, allowing you to take advantage of the smallest windows of opportunity to completely close the external envelope, thereby maximising the efficiency of the project schedule. Knauf Aquapanel Exterior can be easily curved, enabling the creation of striking architectural features. It is also ideal for forming exterior soffits and giving the illusion of an internal ceiling continuing through the facade to the outside of the building.

Knauf Aquapanel Exterior provides a fast, high-quality, and extremely economical alternative to traditional methods of construction. Knauf Aquapanel Exterior Cement Board is a durable, non-flammable building board made of Portland cement bonded to aggregate, reinforced on both sides with a surface-coated fibreglass mesh. The Aquapanel Exterior board has all the beneficial features of drywall systems, and at the same time is as strong as a brick or wall block. The ends are cut at right angles and the edges are additionally reinforced (with the additional EasyEgde reinforcement). This board does not swell, soften, deteriorate, delaminate or disintegrate under the influence of water and is resistant to fungi and mould.
