Ø90mm x 70mm high Hush Cradles are a robust and flexible acoustic flooring support system designed to create a level floor while offering excellent impact sound insulation. These adjustable cradles are used in combination with timber battens to provide an isolated and acoustically resilient floating floor over concrete or timber subfloors. The cradles are manufactured from high-strength, recycled rubber and are engineered to provide long-term durability, compression resistance, and acoustic performance. Their design allows for simple height adjustment, making them ideal for uneven substrates or where floor levelling is required without the need for wet screeds. Hush Batten Cradles are widely used in both new build and refurbishment projects where superior acoustic performance is needed—particularly in residential developments, schools, offices, and mixed-use buildings. CHARACTERISTICS

• 60 mm‑deep, 90 mm‑diameter cradle with threaded collar allows precise levelling of battens from 15 – 60 mm above the structural base—no need for fiddly packers.
• 10 mm bonded Hushfelt pad at the base for acoustic decoupling, significantly reducing impact sound transmission.
• Glass-filled nylon/polycarbonate body, 70 mm total height (including a 15 mm base plate), designed for long‑term use on both concrete and timber subfloors.
• Meets UK Building Regulations Part E (England & Wales), Section 5 (Scotland), Part G (Northern Ireland).
• No shims required; battens simply screw into the cradles and lock in place—reducing labour time.
