Ancon Teplo-BF-CT-25/350 Channel Wall Tie - Fixings for Ancon 25/14 Restraint System

Ancon Teplo-BF-CT-25/350 Channel Wall Tie made of basalt fibres set in a resin matrix to provide a low thermal conductivity wall tie for 285-309mm open cavity for Ancon 25/14 channel to be fixed to an outer leaf of brickwork. The thermal efficiency these ties are excluded from U-value calculations to BS EN ISO 6946, minimising insulation thickness and wall footprint. The unique ribbed shank of this tie provides an effective moisture drip. This channel tie has a profiled stainless steel head at one end shaped to suit Ancon 25/14 channel and is placed in the channel by rotating through 90° and can be easily moved to the required position to be built into the masonry bed joint. The moulded safety end is placed into the outer leaf masonry bed joint.
