Hush Resilient Seatings are acoustic isolation pads designed to prevent the direct transfer of impact sound and vibration through structural connections in buildings. These resilient layers mitigate flanking transmission, ensuring enhanced acoustic privacy and compliance with Building Regulations. They are manufactured from recycled fine rubber granulate bonded with a cold-cure PUR (Polyurethane) which is a dense, durable, and permanently elastic material that is ideal for acoustic decoupling. Hush Resilient Seatings are installed directly beneath structural elements such as timber joists, steel beams, pre-cast concrete planks, or blockwork in separating floor and wall constructions. By providing a flexible interface, they effectively absorb vibration and prevent sound energy from travelling directly through the rigid building fabric. Hush Resilient Seatings are vital for areas where structural integrity must be maintained while simultaneously achieving high levels of acoustic separation. Their composition ensures excellent resistance to compression set and long-term performance, maintaining their acoustic properties over the lifespan of the building.

Note: They are available in thickness from 3-10mm, please inquire.
