Ancon Staifix Frame Tie is used to join timber door and window frames directly to brickwork. It is designed for use on buildings of up to 15 metres in height, and can be used in line with NHBC standards. The ties are screwed horizontally into the frame, surrounded by mortar and built into the bed joints of the new brickwork. The vertical spacing of frame ties depends on the application.
