600ml British Gypsum Glasroc X Sealant is a BBA‑certified, silicone‑based façade sealant designed for use with Glasroc X Sheathing Board. It provides a durable, weather‑resistant seal that protects exposed façade linings for up to six months during the construction phase, before the permanent external cladding is installed. The sealant forms a flexible, watertight and airtight barrier that prevents water ingress into steel‑framed external wall systems, helping maintain the integrity and performance of the sheathing board while the building envelope is incomplete.
