PlastiClad Aluminium Edge Trim AL/715 for Single Panels is a high-precision architectural profile designed to provide a neat, protective termination for individual cladding sheets. This trim is engineered specifically to house the edge of a single, flat panel (such as a large-format composite sheet or a single vertical board) within the weatherboard framework.
This trim is extruded from high-grade aluminium and is distinguished by the manufacturer’s rigorous finishing process:
- Made from 1050 Aluminium.
- Unlike many standard trims on the market, Plasticlad ensures a high quality and durable finish by applying a polyester powder coating to all its aluminium profiles and fixings. This process provides a tougher, longer-lasting surface than standard paint or anodising, offering exceptional resistance to scratching, fading, and chemical degradation.
- This trim features a straight, uniform channel. This allows a single panel thickness to slide securely into the profile, encasing the cut edge perfectly.
- Available in 28 RAL colours.
- All stock powders are 80 – 85% gloss value also known as full gloss.
